Management Needs
Rental Marketing
We work with local realtors, list in the MLS, utilize other forms of marketing such as social media, outreach marketing (relationships with HR professionals in companies around town that hire c-suite employees from out of town).
Inspections
We do a bi-annual inspection. One interior prior to renewal and an exterior inspection.
Maintenance
We only work with licensed and insured vendors in all areas of maintenance. Our trusted relationships ensure timely resolution for tenant issues and we assist with any maintenance/repair needed. Moreover, we do so without any added fees!
Rent Collection
Good relationships and communication with tenants. Tenants know how to reach us and we answer their questions in a timely manner. Additionally, there are multiple ways for tenants to pay their rent. When it comes to delinquency, we have a very detailed process that has been created to reduce delinquency and ensure on time payments for owners.
Tenant Screening
We approve the highest qualified applicant vs the first tenant. Additionally, our qualifying criteria is quite selective and we have a thorough verification process. We verify current and future employment, require proof of income, rental verifications from previous landlords, and a criminal background and credit screening.
Enforcement
We follow the lease agreement and our addendum. All tenants are required to follow and we enforce by not making exceptions to the rules. We also work closely with HOAs to ensure that any violations by tenants are resolved quickly.

Its personal. Admor PM is a boutique firm and that is how I want it to be kept. I love to work directly with tenants and owners. Being hands on makes a difference and I make an effort to know each of my owners and tenants. We have a strict 24-hour follow up for all persons (vendors, tenants, property owners) but is always much sooner. Additionally, we're truly available 24/7/365 for emergencies.

Hello, thank you for your interest in Admor Property Management. I created Admor Property Management as I’d seen a great need for boutique firms that focus solely on the art of property management in Austin. I've dedicated my career to property management and leasing. My focus has always been on the client relationship; it is truly my belief that my main job is to protect the asset I am in charge of and making as high of a ROI for my clients. Additionally, tenant satisfaction is always at the forefront of my business, as I know that tenant turnover is costly. I'm a Texas Real Estate Broker, I have two industry certifications (certified apt manager with NAA and an Accredited Residential Manager with IREM), previously served on the DEI board with IREM in 2022 and am currently serving on the Member Experience Counsel for IREM for 2023. My relationships with vendors allows me the opportunity to ensure the highest quality of work at competitive rates.
Our Systems and Processes
We use Buildium. It is a great tool for tenants and owners. Tenants have a portal that allows them to submit maintenance requests, review their ledger, pay rent, sent requests into mgt, etc. One of my favorite parts of Buildium is the owner portal. Gone are the days of chasing a PM down for your income statements. The owner portal is live for owners to review their financials and property performance at any time.
